How do I find the professional guide videos?

Once you place your order, you will receive an email with a link to all of the videos.

 

You don't HAVE to follow them but most beginners find them very useful :)

Am I too tall or too short for this?

As it stands, the pilates bar is made for anyone from 4'11 all the way up to 6'3.

 

We are currently working on versions that function correctly for the taller and shorter individuals but as long as you're within the heights listed above - the device will work perfectly for you.

Can you adjust the resistance?

The maximum resistance the bar can produce is 25lbs, which is PLENTY for anyone who knows pilates.

 

There is no set function to adjust the resistance but feel free to roll up some of the rubber bands to increase resistance (for the pros).

How long does shipping take?

Depending on your shipping option (Free Standard or Premium Insured), we aim to deliver between 4 and 10 business days.

 

If it is taking unusually long, please send us an email and someone will get back to you within 24 hours.

What is your refund and return policy?
